Voyager and Galileo Image Processing (old)
Support forum note on processing Voyager images
Local ISIS processing notes:
-
Some of the libraries included with ISIS interfere with normal SUSE/KDE startup, so the command which adds these libraries
to the normal library path had to be skipped in the ".bashrc" file. Because of this you'll need to execute the following command
manually before starting ISIS:
. $ISISR/sys/sh/3rdparty_path.sh  (it starts with . then space then $... ).

As indicated in the above support forum note, processing steps for Voyager images have changed. This link points to a local file with additional notes about processing such images. At the moment, only the most basic steps are shown, but the file will be updated over time.

- Konsole Control-C: The default configuration of the KDE Konsole uses the Ctrl-C key for "Copy", so you cannot use this key as usual in Linux to send the INT signal to interrupt a program. One solution is to use the Settings>Shortcuts menu to change the copy key to some other combination such as Alt-C. Another solution is to right-click in the window then use the popup menu to "Send Signal->Interrupt Task".
